Remember that for update recharge on your card you must use the driver's desk
Smart System
The system will apply the recharge when the travel balance allows it in the 10 days after purchase.
Closeness and Security
You can always ask the driver for a consultation ticket to see if your purchase has been made effective.
(*) If you do not receive the email, at least 60 minutes must have passed since you made the purchase. This is the time necessary to ensure that the buses have received your recharge and that when you pass the card at the desk they will recharge it.
Be proactive and don't wait until you've exhausted all your trips to recharge.
