To recharge online you must know that your TRANSPORT CARD:

  • Must be on perfect conditions of use and being verified and authorized in the System.
  • It must have been done at least one loading operation at a physical Point of Sale and therefore, the card must be already activated.
  • If you card is personalized, the System only allows the online recharge of the same title contained in the card.
    • If the current title is timed out, it will be recharged to leave a new title pending initialization.
    • If the current title is asset, the new title will be marked as extended, so that when the current title ends the new one is initialized (**).
    • in case that the title is active and extended, online recharge will only be effective when the pending extension is applied, so the operation will remain on a waiting list until the recharge can be applied. (*)
  • If you card is anonymous, any of the three current anonymous titles may be uploaded Bonus 10 tripsBonus 30 trips and Bonus 50 trips regardless of the current title contained on the card (as long as it is one of these three titles).
    • If he current title matches reloaded title:
      • The travel balance will be added to the current one, as long as it does not exceed the maximum number of trips allowed (20 trips for the Bonus 10, 40 trips for the Bonus 30 and 60 trips for the Bonus 50).
      • The sum of current trips plus recharged trips will be applied when they do not exceed the maximum number of trips allowed (for example when the valid title has 10 or less trips for a Bonus 10) so the operation will remain on the waiting list until the recharge can be applied (*)
    • In case of not match the current title the recharge will only be applied when the trips of the current title are sold out Therefore, the operation will remain on the waiting list until the recharge can be applied. (*)
  • (*) Make sure that when making the purchase, the number of trips, considering those you still have on the card, does not exceed the maximum balance or, if personalized, the title is already expanded.
    If this happens, the recharge will not be done instantly and with each validation you do, it will be checked if it is possible to make the online recharge effective.
    Nevertheless, If a limit of 10 days is exceeded and the online recharge has not been applied, the operation will be cancelled and the payment will be automatically refunded..
  • (**) The titles CDL Courses and Unemployed they do not allow expansion, so they cannot be loaded until the title is expired or exhausted.

To make the payment you must know that the BANK CARD:

Remember that to download the purchased trips to the card when you get on the bus:

Hello, the voucher must be collected either on the bus itself or at the Customer Service Centre (CAC) located at Plaza Óvalo 3 in Lorca.

If your card is personalized, you will be required to go to the CAC to verify your situation and there they will give you the card.

Once you have the card, you can recharge the voucher on this page or directly on the bus, although it will be quicker to do so here as you will avoid queues and have the convenience of being able to pay by card.
