General conditions for the purchase of travel tickets through digital channels.

1. Prior information

Read these conditions carefully, since the fact of buying a travel ticket through any digital channel of MUNICIPAL CLEANING OF LORCA SA (onwards “Limousse“) means that they have been read, understood and accepted without reservation.

These general contracting conditions (hereinafter, the "general conditions of purchase"), together with, if applicable, the particular conditions that may be established, regulate the relations between the company, Limusa and third parties (hereinafter, "customers") that acquire the different transport tickets offered by the enabled digital channels.

The digital channels enabled for online sales are the property of Limusa:

The acquisition of the services offered in these digital channels supposes the acceptance of these conditions, as well as the express, full and unreserved acceptance of all the conditions of use of the service and the general conditions of purchase published by Limusa. , at the time the customer accesses the digital channel. The client may, at any time, access the general contracting conditions freely and free of charge and store, print or reproduce them from their computer or mobile device, easily, permanently and directly.

Orders can be formalized in the languages available in the different digital sales channels.
In the event that the customer agrees with the content of the general purchase conditions, they must check the box next to the following text: "I have read and accept the general conditions of purchase". Otherwise, you will not be able to continue with the purchase process.

2. Nature of digital channels

Limusa's digital channels are intended for end consumers, in the sense established by the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, and for the client's own consumption or of the persons on whose behalf the client is legally authorized to act. The client guarantees that they have sufficient legal capacity to contract with Limusa. Likewise, the client accepts, expressly and without exception, that he accesses the digital channels and their use under his sole and exclusive responsibility.

The client also guarantees the veracity and authenticity of the information communicated through the corresponding registration forms and is also obliged to keep said information updated.

Limusa reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of its digital channels, as well as to suspend their access, temporarily or permanently.

3. Operation of the purchase of transport tickets in digital channels

3.1. Procedures to make any acquisition

Limusa informs that the procedures to carry out any acquisition of the services offered on its digital channels are those described in these general purchase conditions, as well as the others that are indicated during the acquisition process.

All prices published on digital channels are expressed in euros and include all corresponding taxes, as well as mandatory travel insurance. Limusa reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the prices of transport tickets, as well as to suspend or cancel their sale temporarily or permanently. These modifications will not apply to reservations that have been confirmed.

Consequently, it is very important that the client read, print or save a copy of these general conditions and the other conditions that are published at the time of making the reservation.

3.2. Transport titles

The transport tickets that can be purchased online through Limusa's digital channels are:

anonymous cards: Your first acquisition can be obtained both in the own bus as in the Customer Service Offices (onwards "OAC"). On the same support you can exchange the titles once they are exhausted.

  • Voucher 10 Trips:
    • Recharge 10 trips in the title.
    • Up to a maximum of 20 available trips are allowed.

    • Multiperson title. It allows several people to use public transport using the same card.
  • Voucher 30 Trips:
    • Recharge 30 trips in the title.
    • Up to a maximum of 40 available trips are allowed.

  • Voucher 50 Trips:
    • Recharge 50 trips in the title.
    • Up to a maximum of 50 available trips are allowed.
    • Title loaded on card anonymous.
    • Multiperson title. It allows several people to use public transport using the same card.

Custom Cards: In your first acquisition it is necessary to go to the OAC to present compliance with all the necessary requirements for its issuance. Personalized cards only allow the reloading of the title issued in the first acquisition of the card.

3.3. Purchasing process

Limusa guarantees the existence of all transport tickets offered on the platform.
Following the established purchase process, the customer will carry out different steps depending on the type of support they want to purchase.
The sales system will ask the customer for the necessary data to carry out the purchase procedure for the transport ticket they wish to purchase.

The data requested will be the minimum necessary to be able to make the purchase with the security measures and guarantees required. In compliance with current regulations, on the page Personal data protection policy, we inform you of those responsible and the treatment that we will make of your data, as well as your rights and the way to exercise them.

3.4. Amount

In general, you can buy one title per purchase.

3.5. Pay

Payment can be made by credit or debit card VISA and MasterCard.
To proceed with the payment, the client will follow all the instructions that appear on the screen.

Limusa guarantees the customer the total security of their transactions: on the date the electronic commerce platform is put into operation, it has the most advanced technological standards in terms of security protocols and services. Payment is made safely, following the protocols 3D Secure, which allow the buyer to be identified as the legitimate owner of the payment method being used.

Likewise, it is stated that the bank details will not be registered in any Limusa computer system and will only be used to make the payment by the bank.

The purchase information will be kept for the minimum legal period required. The client will have the right to be informed of their purchases whenever they request it and the aforementioned period has not elapsed.

3.6. Validity of titles

Transport tickets will have the validity regime that establishes the characteristics of each ticket.

3.7. Documentary confirmation of the contracting carried out

Once the buys in the sales channel, Limusa will send the following information to the client through email:

  • The corresponding justification of the contracting carried out (operation number).

4. Formalization of the contract

The contract will be formalized at the moment in which the client receives the confirmation of the contract made.

5. Right of withdrawal and cancellation of purchase of transport tickets

5.1. Transport ticket return policy

Limusa will only order the refund of the amount of the abandoned purchases by crediting the payer's credit or debit card, within a maximum period of 30 business days from the cancellation request.

In any case, Limusa will not be responsible for the terms or conditions that, once the return has been ordered, each bank applies to each client.

5.2. return period

The refund will be made from automatic way according to the return policy explained above.

6. Billing and payment methods

Therefore, the following are excluded from this contract: simplified invoices, only giving legality to the complete invoice in accordance with the Royal Decree 1619/2012, of November 30, which approves the Regulation that regulates billing obligations.

Invoices must be requested through digital channels before the deadline established by the aforementioned Royal Decree. The tax regime indicated at the time of purchase cannot be subsequently modified.

7. Customer obligations

It is the customer's responsibility take care of the support of the card where the title will be loaded. Limusa is exonerated from any claim for loss, theft or theft of the card support, as well as its deterioration due to misuse or inadequate conservation by the bearer.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These General Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.

In the event of any type of discrepancy or claim between the parties in relation to compliance or the content of these General Conditions, the parties submit to the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with the applicable legislation.
